Biography
I bring over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, spanning Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed global programs and projects in complex matrix organizations, driving operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
In addition to holding a PMP certification, I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and possess advanced Information Security credentials, including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, and CDPSE. I have led enterprise-wide Data Protection Programs for leading financial institutions and have deep expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, and technology strategy.
I currently serve on the Board of ISACA Phoenix Chapter, the Advisory Board of Sewa International (Phoenix Chapter), and the Board of Physital.IO, a AI technology startup. My passion lies in leveraging technology, security, and process improvement to create measurable business value and long-term resilience.
Why are you running?
With 30+ years leading complex, global programs across multiple industries, I have seen the transformative power of project management in driving strategic results. As a PMP-certified professional and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have applied PMI’s principles to deliver measurable outcomes and strengthen governance worldwide. Serving on the PMI Board is an opportunity to give back to the profession, mentor future leaders, and advance PMI’s mission. My board experience with ISACA Phoenix, Sewa International, and Physital.IO equips me to contribute strategically, foster member engagement, and help PMI remain the global leader in project management excellence.

How do you envision the new AZ Chapter fostering inclusivity and delivering meaningful value to all members?
I envision the new Arizona Chapter as a welcoming, member-driven community where professionals from all backgrounds, industries, and career stages feel valued and engaged. Inclusivity will be at the heart of our approach—offering hybrid events, mentorship programs, and learning tracks tailored to both emerging and experienced project managers.
We will actively listen to members through surveys, forums, and direct outreach to ensure our programs align with their needs. Celebrating diversity, sharing varied career journeys, and recognizing contributions from underrepresented groups will strengthen our sense of community.
To deliver value, we will provide practical workshops, cross-industry networking, and partnerships with local businesses and universities that create real opportunities for members. Leveraging digital tools, we can maintain year-round learning and engagement.
Our chapter will be more than a professional association—it will be a catalyst for growth, collaboration, and advancing the project management profession in Arizona.
