Anand Ranganathan is a technology executive, enterprise transformation leader, and Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations deliver complex business and technology initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led enterprise ERP implementations, digital transformation programs, cloud modernization projects, and managed services organizations across multiple industries, including utilities, manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, and the public sector.

Currently serving as Director of Implementation Sales at Astra Canyon Group, Anand works with organizations to define transformation strategies, architect enterprise solutions, and lead large-scale implementation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. His experience spans executive advisory services, solution architecture, program leadership, organizational change, and long-term customer success.

Anand is passionate about redefining how organizations measure project success. Drawing from decades of lessons learned—both successes and failures—he challenges traditional project management thinking by emphasizing business value, organizational adoption, and continuous improvement long after go-live. More recently, he has focused on how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of project delivery, enabling project managers to spend less time on administration and more time creating strategic value.

He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics–Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola College, Madras, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
